Funeral For A Friend
Client: Join Us Records through Poisonpen

Funeral For A Friend didn't want to make a rock video and neither did we. Instead, a bizarre story unfolds as a group of kids unwittingly stumble upon an old antiquated fortune telling machine.
The video pays a little homage to a certain eighties film of role reversal but then reels us into a blood red world more akin to David Lynch. The band are shown in a lurid red curtained setting through an abstract picture frame. Paul Morricone uses his lost childhood years in the arcades of Weston-super-Mare as influence for this colourful performance piece where the kids really do grow up quick
Poisonpen films commissioned PECO to create the visual effects.
